Besides using the best equipment directly imported from U.S., we do go to extreme lengths by hiring our groomers from Japan. To make sure our groomers are not only from Japan but among the best in Japan, we did fly over our team to Japan for week long interview with candidates amongst their groomer community before we finally ferret out our current team - Ms. Midori Motohashi & Ms. Yuka Nakamura.

For the owners of our guests, our D.Cafe.Bar has opened so you can indulge yourself with a drink or you can try our food menu while you wait for your dog to be groomed. There're special windows in the cafe which you can peek through for the grooming process, the windows are designed so that your dog and the groomer won't get distracted while you're watching.
